MINDFULNESS AT THE MOTTE
The Mindfulness at The Motte experience is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated and renewed.

Antrim Castle Gardens is a place which is steeped in history, drama and intrigue, and forms a beautiful backdrop for this magical experience.
The Motte, sitting beside the Castle Ruins and lovingly known at the Cake, forms the highest point of Antrim Castle Gardens and is the perfect vantage point to enjoy the morning sunset. After is the contrasting and unique under ground tunnels of The Pump Room to enjoy refreshments and nourishment.
After a stressful two years, our minds need time to restore balance and a great way to do this is immersing ourselves in nature and history. Finding a deepened sense of connection by exploring the practice mindfulness will root you firmly in the present, giving you a wonderful sense of calm and appreciation as we bask in all the power of nature with a spectacular Sunrise Meditation in our Practice of Mindful Movement Pilates.

We will also enjoy a guided walk through the garden along with a delicious breakfast in The Pump Room and it’s underground tunnel.
The morning finishes with a goodie bag filled with a custom blend of oil and a unique crystal Angel for healing, safety and well-being.
